i like this piece because it reveals my own wishes to hide behind/beneath consumption. the last line teases me and sends me tailspinning into confusion about how and why I choose consumption. thanks for your words, bro.
...and thanks for your response. I wrote this at a point where I was desperately desiring to consume while fighting with all my power to not give in.
